1. Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date, based on the tracking information from the shipping carrier.
2. Eligibility Conditions
Requests will be accepted only if the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, not washed, damaged, or altered in any way.
The item must have original packaging, tags, and all included accessories (if any).
A video recording of the unboxing process is required for claims involving defective, missing, or incorrect items.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
The product has been used, washed, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
Missing original packaging, labels, or no unboxing video provided.
Custom-made or personalized products.
Products from special sales, deep discount promotions (clearly stated before purchase).
4. Return Shipping Costs
Free return shipping if the issue is caused by the seller (wrong item, defective, missing).
Customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.).
5. Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or replacement will be issued within 3 – 5 business days.
